Planeta Tangerina

Alright, I am going to give you as much information about Planeta Tangerina as I possibly can, but you have to understand that the whole thing is in Portuguese (which I don’t speak and hardly understand), and yes I tried translating some of it with that lovely Google translating thing, but that only gets you so far and to be completely honest, I couldn’t really be bothered to work it all out because I was far too busy looking at the lovely pictures on their sites and in the end, that’s what it is all about: pictures.

Planeta Tangerina is (to the best of my knowledge) a publisher of illustrated (children's) books who also have a blog on which they showcase work by others. The blog posts start from the end of 2007, so there is a whole lot to discover, and boy, they have some really nice stuff on display. If you are looking for some visual inspiration or just eye-candy: visit the Tangerine Planet. I’m adding it my blogroll and to wet your appetite, here is a small selection of niceties.

I'm not sure but it looks like your comment somehow got interupted?

Anyway, the work here is all from their blog where they post work from others they like. At least, that's what I understood from my feeble attempts to translate the Portuguese.
At the end of my post are two links: the first goes to that blog, the second goes to their own site where you can see what they publish themselves. Both have nice stuff, so check them out if you want...
