The Books of Irma Boom

Dutch designer Irma Boom makes books. She has made over 250 of them, 50 of which are in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

Hahaha... "If this looks like donkeywork, then that's because it is"! About MoMA wanting her minitures: "You'll have to wait 'till I'm dead"! Gotta love the way she thinks! Brilliant books, I have seen some of her work before. Also, I have been to the Dutch design site before. It's a very good source and so is your blog! :-) x

Indeed the Dutch site has plenty of good stuff, also on architecture, fashion and other forms of design.
(By the way, if you have other suggestions for sites like that, I would be delighted the hear about them.)
