I guess it's about attraction... Perhaps you need to have grown up in a small English fishing village to understand it... ? It's lovely though! :-)

Somebody told me it was about the moon. Had this whole scientific explanation about the sea and the tides which I didn't fully comprehend. But It kinda sorta had to do with attraction, so yes, good point...

Yes, the sea follows the moon (tides), the fishermen follow the sea as they can only go out when the tide is high. We all follow the moon - the sun you could say - in our calendar.... It makes more sense than meets the eye at first! I guess that is why we like it! :-))
